He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bush and Dorothy Bush; and his brothers, Kenneth and David Bush. He is survived by: his wife Brinda of Palm Coast, FL; his children, Steven of Syracuse, NY and Alexandra Wise (Geoffrey) of Lake Wylie, SC; and his grandchildren, Avery and Jackson Wise of Lake Wylie, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
