Carter of Martinsburg, Charles D. Carter (Beth) of Sandersville and George H. "Chip" Carter of Ormond Beach, Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Ginger Leftwich (Bob) of Winter Springs and Renee Jackson of Jeffersonville, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
