He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Costello and Anna Federinitz; his son Stephen John Costello Jr.; and his sister Geraldine (Jerry). He is survived by: his wife Scarlet Marie Costello; his sons, Michael Andrew and Robert Glen; his stepchildren, Elyza and Tina Marie; and his brothers, Bernard, Ronald and Florian. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and five step-great-grandchildren.
