He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Phillips and Lauralee Phillips (Manchester); his brother Lannie Phillips; and his niece Barbara Jean. He is survived by: his children, Courtney North (Derrick) of Seville and Ryan Phillips (Kristi) of Palm Coast; and his siblings, Roger Phillips of Genesee, Michigan and Connie Wilke (Robert) of Flushing, Michigan. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
