He is survived by: his significant other Stacey Doolin; his parents, Charles "Chuck" Curtis and Beverly Curtis; his brother Craig (Kristyn); his nieces and nephews, Jesse and Noah; Sada, Kirsten Esho (Joseph Esho), Kailee Curtis (Toby Jones) and Heidi Curtis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
