He was predeceased by : his parents, Erasmo Serrata and Elena Serrata. He is survived by : his wife Hilda Margarita Polanco; his children, Josie (Carlos Muniz), Tulio Jr. (Maribel Serrata), Yesenia Serrata and Lourdes (Lorenzo Espinal); his grandchildren, Jonathan Muniz, Kieran Serrata, Jason Muniz, Lailah Espinal, Leiander Espinal and Landyn Espinal; and his great grandchild Ariella Muniz. He is also survived by numerous siblings, relatives, and friends.
