He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elliot and Agnes Elliot (Stager). He is survived by: his wife Mary Nalley Elliot; his son Wayne Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jeanine; his sister Bonnie Rodriguez (Roger); and his grandchildren, Nina and Leo Elliot. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and the many dear friends.
