He is survived by: his girlfriend Milly Castro; his daughters, Stephanie Ortiz and Gloria Figueroa; his stepsons, Ronald and Shane South; his siblings, Carmen "Tati" Ortiz, Carmelo "Min" Ortiz and Nate Ortiz; and his father Carmelo Ortiz. He is also survived by several grandchildren, a son- and daughter-in-law, and countless other family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Curlew Hills Memory Gardens (1750 Curlew Rd, Palm Harbor, FL 34683).
