She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustavo Rego and Marina Valera; her brothers, Gustavo Rego (Tolas) and Eduardo Rego Valera; and her husband Jose R. Torres.
She is survived by: her son Jose Torres (Mary Torres); her granddaughters, Sarah Kyriakidis and Melissa Narine; her grandchildren-in-law, Niko Kyriakidis and Justin Narine; and her stepgrandsons, Charles Broccard and Eric Broccard. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
