She is survived by: her husband James J. McNeill Jr. (S. Air Force); her daughters, Lynda Wargo (Harry), Laurie McNeill Barber and Kelly McNeill Markham; her grandchild Rae Lynn Wargo Imperatore (Preston); her great grandchildren, Julian and Cameron; her grandchildren, Harrison Wargo and Madison Carducci (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Harlow and Odette; and her grandchildren, James Barber (Kori), Tyler Markham, Isabel Grace Smith (Nathan) and Emily Joan Derksen (Nicholas). She is also survived by many friends, neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Joan to Empath Health Suncoast Hospice is greatly appreciated.
