John L. Moore Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Moore of Palm Harbor, Florida, who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Moore and Edna Moore (Asdell); his wife Josephine M. Van Goethem; and his brothers, Robert, Bus and Pete.

He is survived by: his brother Dick Moore of Galesburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
