Justin Charles Wilt, 36, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed away on August 14, 2026, at Tampa General Hospital. Justin was born on December 8, 1989, in Palm Beach County, Florida, to Patricia Anne McVeigh-Farris and Keith Allan Wilt Read Obituary.

I owe you more than you will ever know or that I ever took the time to thank you for. You are the reason Aubrey and I met, from a chance fishing trip to years together and you were always at the heart of it. From lazy weekends at the river to late night fishing trips and so many talks about the future. For being there as a role model for the boys, calling them on their BS to be there to cheer them on. Of all the things I was there for watching you grow and change and become the best father imaginable. Being Okey bears biggest advocate and colts hero you were such an amazing father to those babies. Thank you for bringing Aubrey into my life and being there and allowing me to be a part of your life I am forever grateful. You were an amazing friend Justin the world is a little dimmer without your light.

I was fortunate enough to know and share some time with Justin, waiting for our little ones.

I always admired you. Concluding a hard day at work, yet getting to the school as quick as you could JUST to spend that much MORE time with your beautiful family.

I miss the sleep deprived laughter over "clocking in for the second shift" just before the kids came running out. But that was never a "job"...that was your passion project. Parents, teachers and all the kids around YOU felt it and KNEW it. The second gear you invariably shifted into for Ms. Oaklen Grayce while Colt waited...wasn't one a lot of fathers possess. You exuded fatherhood.

Heaven is a little more protected now; the world is just a lot less guarded.

All my love man, Jicha, BSBrie Snow1w agoI have so many fond memories of Justin. He was family to us, and he always will be. From holidays and teaching all the children new things, to his love for nature and the people around him, Justin was truly a beautiful person. His kindness, and the way he brought joy into the lives of others will be missed more than words can say.

One of my fondest memories of Justin actually came from one of the most ridiculous moments. One night, I was making tea and reached above the stove to grab the sugar. I'm 5'2, so I'm still not sure why I thought storing it up there was a good idea! The moment I grabbed the container, the lid came off and sugar poured all over my head, my clothes—pretty much my entire body.

For a second, I wanted to be mad, but then I looked at Justin. The look on his face was absolutely priceless. I couldn't help but start singing, "Pour some sugar on meeee!" And just like that, we were both laughing hysterically as we cleaned up the mess.

That's the kind of memory I'll always cherish about Justin. He had a way of turning even the most unexpected moments into either a learning lesson or turn it into a joke 🤣❤️. I'm so grateful I got to share those moments with him, and I'll carry him and that memory with me always.

Justin was loved, he was family, and he will be deeply, deeply missed. ❤️.
