He was predeceased by: his parents, Philibert Denison and Frances Denison of Stamford. He is survived by: his wife Gerianne Denison; his sons, Tom Halvorsen Brian Halvorsen (Karen), Jeremy Brown (Jamie) and Christopher Brown; and his siblings, Elaine Maloney and Barry Denison (Patty). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten nieces and nephews.
