He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Donnelly (Malia); his wife Sandie; his father William Donnelly; and his stepdaughter Anne Libby. He is survived by: his sisters, Ann Cobb (John), Kathleen Record (Richard), Jane Rogan (James), Lorraine Rava (Jean Philip), Francine Bowden (William), Margaret Johnson (Chester) and Dianne Doyle (John); and his stepchildren, David Thoits, Pam Moreau, Shawn Thoits, Paul Thoits and Ryan Thoits.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home of Portland (172 State St, Portland, ME 04101). A prayer will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (307 Congress St, Portland, ME 04101).
