He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Dorothy Lee Dunn (Chamless); and his brothers, James, Darrell and Thomas Dunn.

He is survived by: his wife Colette; his children, Matthew Dunn of Portland, OR, Pamela Erickson (Ethan) of Manhattan, KS and Christian Scott of Oldsmar, FL; his sister Mona Lisa Kean of Hamilton, TX; and his grandchildren, William, Lauren, Chase, Morgan Erickson and Charlie Rose Scott.
