He was predeceased by: his wife Phebe Willett Knoll; and his grandson Allan Jay Ibanez. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Knoll and Michael; his daughter-in-law Aileen Knoll; and his granddaughter Phebe Knoll.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Buffalo Cemetery (1333 Carthage St, Sanford, NC 27330).
