She was predeceased by: her parents, Wolodymyr Wolodymyr and Stefania Wolodymyr (Romanska); her children, Michelle Provenzano and Ken Bach; and her siblings, Wally Tesluk, Walt, Jerry Nenycz and Olga Byer.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lu Scarborough of Grovertown and Teresa Nenycz of Michigan; and her grandchildren, Samantha Provenzano of Barstow and Randy Bach of Oldsmar, Florida..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home (1100 N Michigan St, Plymouth, IN 46563). A Mass will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (100 S Starke St, Hamlet, IN 46532). A burial will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fletcher Cemetery (400 N and 300 East, Grovertown, IN 46531).
