He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rozance and Margaret Rozance; and his brothers, Ivan and Edward Rozance. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Gregg, Lisa Snook (Mark), Victor F Rozance Jr. (Dana) and Tracy Hilleren (David). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

“Around 1983, the mortgage company we worked for in Detroit was purchased by a Dallas-based S&L. Vic and Theresa had hardly unpacked from their move from Cleveland. The move to Dallas proved to be quite a bonding experience. We became closer friends as a result. Vic proved to be a man of great faith, remarkable, consistent good humor and a person who loved his wife and children. I was impressed how his children rallied around him in his later years. You did him proud. Bob & Ellen O'Reilly”
