He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Clement and Anna Clement; his wife Jo Ann Clements; his son Bryce Harwell; his sisters, Amy Amicucci of Nevada and Vanessa Hyrczyk of Pennsylvania; and his children, Dianna Fronek of Palmetto, Frank Clements Jr. of New Jersey and Buddy Harwell of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to the charity of his choice, the American Legion, Post 309, Palmetto.
