He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Skinner and Viola Skinner; his wife Katherine; his daughters, Stephanie and Tracy; his grandchildren, Alicia, Alexa, Gabby, Abigail, Victoria, Brandy and Jill; and his great grandchildren, David, Paris and Faith.
