With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Dean Risnear of Palmetto, Florida, born in Toronto, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Risnear and Wilma Risnear (Householder); his brothers, Gerald Sr. and Ronnie; and his stepson Mark Tennant.

He is survived by: his significant other Susan Risnear (Call); and his children, Robert (Kim) of Hopkinsville, KY, William (Donna Munoz) of Harlem, GA, Patty Virtue (Rod Vein) of Richmond, OH and Melinda Hassan (Jason) of Bethesda, OH. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Terra Ceia United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 141, Terra Ceia, FL 34250-0141.
