He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene F Murphy and Susan Murphy (Leinwand); his siblings, Elizabeth Galvin, Eileen Carroll, William and John Murphy; his wife Edrie Murphy (Blankman) of Palmetto; his children, Mark Murphy (Kama) of Summerville, SC, Matthew (Marcella) of Old Fort, NC, John (Teresa) of Laguna Niguel, CA and Susan Murphy of Augusta, GA; his sister-in-law Dorothy of Fayetteville, AR; his grandchildren, Michael of Myrtle Beach, SC, Taylor of Augusta, GA, Kaitlyn of Culver City, CA, Jessica of Pasadena, CA, Nora Murtha (James) of Burke, VA and Julie Echevarria (George) of Charlotte, NC; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Adelynn and Donovan.
