He was predeceased by: his wife Jill McDaniel (Kelly); and his brothers, Frank Jr. and Donald V. Butera. He is survived by: his children, Toni (Ron), Jessica and Jerome; his grandchildren, Dustin Tyler, Zach and Mila; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Annabelle and Connor; and his former wife Donna Lincks (Jones).
