He was predeceased by : his father Teddy Lee Meade Sr.; and his sister Jennifer Marie Dickson. He is survived by : his son Teddy Lee Meade III (Nicole); his mother Margie Meade; his sister Rita Borkowski (Paul); and his grandsons, Athanasius, Hunter, Payton and Elijah.
