He is survived by: his mother Thelma Hale Lamb; his spouse Metra; his sister Sonya Hamilton; his nephew Bradley Hamilton; his granddaughters, Victoria (Joseph), Jocelyn (Joshua) and Julianna (Timothy); and his great grandchildren, Finleigh, Cody, Adeline and Rheeslin. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
