Kirkland Jr. (Niki Kirkland) of Fort Stewart, GA; his grandson Carson Milner; and his sister Caroline Joyner of Chipley, FL..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Bay Holiness Community Church (8038 County Rd 388, Panama City Beach, FL 32413). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
