He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Hutcherson and Paul Lewis; his son Matt Lewis; and his grandparents, Albert, Mary Hutcherson, Elmer and Frances Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Lewis (Leighann) and Carrie Lewis; his brothers, Doug Lewis (Gina) and Greg Lewis (Denise); his uncle Allen Lewis; and his close friend Mia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several cousins, nieces, nephews.
