It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Angeline Russ Manning of Panama City, Florida, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Joe and Joseph T. Manning; and her parents, Carl Samuel Russ and Mildred Bannerman Russ. She is survived by: her daughter Mimi Clark (Terry); her grandchildren, Angie Hall (Korey) and Charlie Smith; her great grandchild Milly Hall; and her brother Carl Samuel Russ (Ella). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
