She was predeceased by: her parents, JD Wall and Katie Ruth Wall; her sister Dorothy Swift; her former husband William F Cook, Jr.; and her daughter Kimla Ann Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Cook; her son William Craig Cook (Sheila); her grandchildren, Shannon, Bo Rodriguez, Brandi and John Banks; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Bayle Rodriguez, Aubrey, Makayla and Ella Banks; and her siblings, Jean Blackburn (Billy) of Atlanta and Tommy Wall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
