With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Dean of Panama City, Florida, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Baldwin and Audrey Baldwin. She is survived by: her husband Doug Dean; and her son Gregg Lehr.
