He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Webb and Edna Clara Curry-Webb. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ellen Leddon Webb; his sons, Woodrow Cauley, Jr., Keith Cauley (Debbie) and John Webb (Matt); his grandchildren, Chris Cauley (Kelly), Lina Miller (Dale), JoEllen Holland (Cody) and Benjamin "Ben" Cauley; his great grandchildren, Maverick, Bradley, Hayden Holland, Addison, Cameron, Aryzona Miller, River and Willow Allen; his grandson Cooper Franklin Webb; his brothers, Tommie Hunter, Jackie Webb (Laura) and Bob Webb (Nell); and his siblings-in-law, Faye Leddon, Gabi Leddon and John Wesley Spivey. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, good neighbors, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Bayou George Bayou George, FL (6227 Hwy 2301, Panama City, FL 32404).
