She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Messick and Jewel Messick; and her brothers, Sammy, Danny and Adam Messick.
She is survived by: her brothers, Ralph Messick, Jr. (Mary), Timmy Messick, Joel Messick (Patsy) and Mathew Messick (April); her children, Candie Brown (DeMarcus) and Buddy Burton (Tiana Crisman); and her grandchildren, Katelyn, Eric, Joshua, Daniel, Bella, Jonathan, Tyler, Breanna and Lillian.
