She was predeceased by: her mother Lucy Bailey; her husband Billy Ray Spencer; her son-in-law Mark Ehleben; and her siblings, William F. Bailey and Sherrill Bailey Gardner.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Pennington (Doug) and Robyn Ehleben. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 11 great children.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Colleen's favorite charity, Alabama Baptist Children's Home.
