He is survived by: his children, Kady Williams (Cody), Kyle Miller (Cynthia), Jessica Brasfield (John) and Dara Madison (Jacob); his mother Brenda Miller; his siblings, Lynn Best (Jeff) and Michael Miller (Gina); his parents-in-law, Charity and Bill Nichols; and his grandchildren, Everett, Saylor, Brodie, Daylon, Rilee, Akelei, Parker, Ryker, Hollyn and Hudson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
