He was predeceased by: his parents, Reba Hicks and Paul Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Black Hicks; his children, Alexandra McKay Harrell (Keith) and David Ashton Hicks (Danielle); his sister Rebecca Tesch (Judy); his niece Nicole Tesch; and his grandchildren, Josie Mae, Emma Grace, Lucie Ann and Benjamin Henry.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Southerland Family Funeral Homes and Crematory (100 E 19th St, Panama City, FL 32405). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
