She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Evans and Grace Laird Evans; her husband Charles Q. Adams; her siblings, Francis Jones, Una Powell, Hazel Holmes and Don Evans; and her son-in-law John Friede.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Lanford (Phil) and Judy Friede; her grandchildren, Rachel Ferradez (Leo), Dawn Sims (Tom), Charlie Lanford (Nicki) and Julie Schwartz (Jesse); her sisters, Verna Howard and Jean Gainer; and her brother-in-law Terrell Adams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Building Fund of First Presbyterian Church of Panama City.
