He was predeceased by: his parents, Tupie Rushing and Katie Rushing; and his brother Kenny Rushing. He is survived by: his wife Judy Rushing; his children, Lora Leigh Rushing, Jennifer Strickland (Dallas) and Brian Biletnikoff (Angela); and his siblings, Chet Rushing (Vicki), Anita Mitchell and Margie Williams. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
