She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Clayton and Eva Irene Kirkland Padgett; her husband Maxwell Ramer; her son Philip Ramer; and her siblings, Sanford Padgett, Foy Thomas Padgett, Lydia Mae Padgett Powell (James Willard Powell) and Willie Rae Padgett Lowe (Lt).
She is survived by: her sons, Clayton Ramer (Martha) of Denver, N. C and David Ramer of Panama City; her daughter-in-law Dee Ramer of Tampa; her grandsons, Greg Ramer (Julie) and Jeff Ramer (Tisha); and her great grandchildren, Carson Sibert of Tampa Fl, Kegan Sibert of Tampa Fl, Tucker Ramer of Tampa Fl, Callie Ramer of Tampa Fl and Savannah Ramer of Tampa Fl.
