He was predeceased by: his father James Scarbrough. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Scarbrough; his children, Scotty (Jenny Wood) and Stephanie (Robert Hogberg); his wife Janice Vickers Scarbrough; his siblings, Jimmy (Linda), Larry Scarbrough and Kathy Iorio (John); and his grandchildren, Nate, Kennedy, Nick, Mason and Christopher. He is also survived by sister- inlaws.
