He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Frasier; his brother-in-law Calvin Cleghorn, Jr.; his nieces, Crystal Boyette and Glenda Power (Ralph); his grandchildren, Savanna, Justice Boyette, Trey and Tyler Power; and his sister Lottie Clyde Tillman.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Southerland Family Funeral Homes and Crematory (100 E 19th St, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
