She is survived by: her son Dwayne Lee (Carol); her grandchildren, Erin Lee Tucker (Chuck), Ryan Chval, Jamie Lee Baxley (Steve), Bethany Chval Barnes (Jerry), Cristen Lee Hobbs (Ryan), Andrea Lee Hickox (Daniel) and Breanna Chval Rivera (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Brooks (Rachel), Sydney, Sam, Serenity, Nathan, Luke, Kalena, Jake, Allura, Brennan, Eli, Madelyn, Lana, Ava, Celia, August, Leo and Anna; and her great great grandchild Charlotte Tucker.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Memories Cemetery (4035 E 15th St, Panama City, FL 32404).
