He is survived by: his wife Anne Culpepper; his children, Anne-Marie Clark (Lee) and Jay Culpepper (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Brittany Furtaw (Ken), Alexis Frank, Frankenstein (Cameron), Zachary Clark, Hazel-Marie Culpepper and Savanna Culpepper. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
