He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mae Ward Barnabi and John Barnabi (Jerry); and his brothers, Richard Meadows and Chuck Ohler. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Meadows; his children, Jerry Dean Meadows Jr. (Heather), Jaclyn Hayes and Alison Mae Curran (Justin); and his siblings, Vicki Lynn Rose and Gene Meadows.
