He was predeceased by: his parents, Abbie O'Neal and Leroy O'Neal; and his brother James O'Neal. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Guy (Charlie); his granddaughter Abbie Guy; and his sister Annette Rash. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
