He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Richmond and Marvin Richmond; and his siblings, Curtis Richmond and Margaret Morris. He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Richmond; his children, Greg Powell (Noelle), Tim Powell (Laura), Melissa Cuesta (Bobby) and Jennifer Thayer; his grandchildren, Charissa Powell (John), Michael Powell, Jonathan Powell, Anna Powell, Jordan Handford, Payton Thayer, Perry White (Anna), Shane White (Hannah), Lance White (Ashley), Alanah Filion and Aidan Filion; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Handford and Parker White; and his sibling's children, Kristi Leinneweber and Jeffrey Richmond.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Episcopal Church (1608 Baker Ct, Panama City, FL 32401).
