She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Eugene Fuller and Katie Lee Cotton Fuller; her husband Rev. Haroll Marquette DeVane; her son-in-law James R. Bailey Jr.; her siblings, Rev. Gene Fuller, Rev. Roy Fuller, Jerry Fuller and Juanita Lindsey; and her friend Homer Underwood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Cullifer (Tim) of Dothan, AL and Leigh Bailey of Lynn Haven, FL; her granddaughters, Becca Lambert (Eric) of Headland, AL and Brianna Bailey of Lynn Haven, FL; and her great grandchildren, Levi Lambert of Headland, AL and Hannah Lambert of Headland, AL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
