He was predeceased by: his father James Francis, Sr.; and his brother David William Mayhew. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Anne Mayhew (Phippard); his siblings, James F. Mayhew Jr. (Carolyn Varin), Peter G. Mayhew (Kelley J.) and Mary A. Wheeler of Panama City, FL.; his friend Shadow Lynn Simons; Serenity Simons of Panama City, FL.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dupuis Funeral Home (11 Hill Ave, Ashland, NH 03217). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery.
