Mayhew Jr. (Carolyn Varin), Peter G. Mayhew (Kelley J.) and Mary A. Wheeler of Panama City, FL.; his friend Shadow Lynn Simons; Serenity Simons of Panama City, FL.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.
