He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sexton and Brenda Sexton; and his brother Charles Sexton. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Sexton; his son Chad Bodie; his siblings, Kathy Jarznka (Alan) and Ken Sexton (Vonda); and his nieces and nephews, Heather Alford, Jessica Creegan (Craig), Lean Sexton (Michael), Jacob Jarzynka, Caleb Sexton and Matthew Sexton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's name to Covenant Hospice.
