He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Brooks; his son Caleb Mills; his daughter-in-law Savannah; his daughter Taylor Mills; his siblings, Christopher Howell (Cindy), Brian Howell, Robert Howell, William Riley (Tracy), Tammy Hubbart (Gene), Vanessa Powell (Ronnie) and Vicki Baxter (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Jasey and Dailly Mills.
