He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar William and Nellie Mae Waters (Hinson); his siblings, Forrest Eldred Waters (Queenie), Charles Odell Waters (Tommie), Oliver Lowell "Soapy" Waters (Luise), Grace Waters Dial (Bill) and Ruth Waters Mikell (Gene); and his nephews, Thomas Waters and William Eugene Mikell.
He is survived by: his friend Doris Hast.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lynn Haven Methodist Church (3203 Minnesota Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
